I have waited about 6 months from my first visit to Ziegele Smile Studio. I wanted to finish my treatments and give an assessment based on making sure everything was well after a bit of time. I needed to find a new dentist and actually had waited too long to accomplish that task. My first visit was to get your standard dental checkup and cleaning, as well as replace a couple crowns that were failing. As a result of the very positive results of my appointments associated with that work completed, I decided to get some additional work done on my front upper teeth (crowns). I’m no spring chicken and years of using my teeth as pliers, cutters, grinders and not being overly proactive about visiting the dentist, it was time to make some upgrades. My teeth turned out great. It took a few visits to get everything completed with the color, size, fit and overall appearance being exceptional. I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Ziegele and her time are all very good at what they do and professional. They all were very attentive to my needs and always made sure I was knowledgeable, comfortable and satisfied each step of the process. I highly recommend them for your basic dental needs and any cosmetic dentistry you may need.

I have not to a dentist in close to 10 years. The last experience I had was horrible and I stopped looking for a dentist. I had a co-worker tell me about this place and how it was just like a spa. I said, ” well, sign me up” I went online that night and filled out my insurance information. And just like that, my appt was set. When walking in it was so beautiful and peaceful. Filled out my paperwork on a tablet – no more by hand papers! As I finished, the wonderful assistant pulled me back to my room and that is when the pampering began. I don’t want to give away all their secrets. But needless to say, my blood pressure has never been so low! I cannot wait to go back in 6 months for my cleaning. Just spectacular!! I really do love this dental office, and I love that they’ve eased her dental anxiety so much. It’s a warm and welcoming office. They even treat me like a customer when I accompany her to her appointments! I’m glad to have her going back and thank Dr. Ziegele for caring so much! ———————- My mother, Cindy Love, went here for ten years. Recently they told her she can’t come there anymore. Terminated her as a patient and canceled her next appointment because their monthly subscription plan is no longer acceptable due to government regulations? Why didn’t they tell her this before she made her that appointment? The same receptionist who called and told her she was no longer welcome lost her previous appointment. She’d gotten the text to show up and then when she came in to be seen there was no evidence of an appointment. My mother was comfortable going here. Terminating a patient instead of accepting full payment for services in lieu of the monthly subscription for discounts (which she would have paid gladly) seems ridiculous to me, and now we’ve been stuck scrambling to find her a new dentist she’s not terrified to go to as she has severe dentist anxiety. I’m incredibly disappointed in Ziegele for treating her like this after this long. Offered no alternative, simply “Sorry, you can’t come here anymore”. As far as I’m aware the worst that’s happened in the office was minor frustration over the inconvenience of her appointment mysteriously being lost in the aether, and that situation was rectified amicably. I add know what the deal is but I know she’s never going back now. She’d been thinking of getting some cosmetic work done as well, as she was so happy with the previous cosmetic procedure she had done and the comfort they provided to make sure fixing her smile was a smooth process. Shame that their treatment of her progressively went downhill over the course of the last year she was going.
